The challenge:
How can we increase sales on our new subdivision?

BLD Homes (Ontario, Canada)
Solution:
We decided on a 3 video approach to market BLD Homes' new project to help channel leads down their sales funnel.
The first video is a 30 second commercial, targeting new clients and leads. Once on the BLD website, the client is introduced to a 4 minute video, featuring organic interview with the key staff at the company about the features, quality and guarantees that the company provides. The final piece of the puzzle is a video walkthrough of the house, a simple video aiming to showcase some of the features of the house without any interview or narrative.

The client was extremely happy with the video package we sent, and initial feedback is that people are loving the videos and they are receiving a lot of enquiries about the houses.
