How long does it take to make a video? 

The turnaround time can vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. However, we strive to deliver top-quality videos in line with your timeframe and the campaigns you're running, often delivering projects within 2-6 weeks.

Do you provide drone or aerial videography services?

All of our services come with basic drone operations included in the package pricing. We will use drones in any project where it makes sense as part of the creative.

We also offer advanced drone operations as an extra - this is usually based on location (e.g. in city centres) as these required additional work, licensing and one of our advanced pilots.

Where do you operate? My project requires shoots in other places.

As a Canadian production company, we're regularly travelling throughout Canada, the US and globally to capture content for our clients.

We have offices in both Toronto and Ottawa and have filmed in Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg, Newfoundland... just about anywhere in Canada you can think of. We've even been as far as Peru, Kenya, Ireland, and India!

How many rounds of changes or revisions to we get?

Our standard is 2 rounds of revisions. If you would like more, let us know early on so we can modify that when we send over the Agreement.

We get sign-off from our clients on most major creative decisions before we run with it, so 2 rounds of revisions is usually enough, however we allow major changes in the first round of revisions (music, style, vibe) and minor edits in the second round of revisions. Anything beyond that will be charged at our editor's hourly rate.
