We decided on a 3-video approach to market BLD Homes' new project to help channel leads down their sales funnel.
The first video is a 30 second commercial, targeting new clients and leads.
Once on the BLD website, the client is introduced to a 4 minute video, featuring authentic interviews with key staff about the features, quality and guarantees that the company provides.
The final piece of the puzzle is a video walkthrough of the house, a simple video showcasing the features of the house.
The Results:
The housing development is fully sold.
